Peanut Butter is best when it is stored at room temperature. You can refrigerate it to savor its flavor for longer, but know that when refrigerated, it doesn’t spread as easily. Also Peanut Butter doesn’t like being too cold, so keep it out of freezer to have a smooth spread. 

We try to source nuts Organic as much as possible. The sourcing of organic peanuts are always a matter of question considering the cultivation in India.

You can find the expiry date printed on the bottle. Peanut butter should be enjoyed by that date. 

We have a very simple ingredient list i.e roasted peanuts, salt, sugar and hydrogenated oil (to prevent oil separation).

We currently ship to India only! If you are a customer from outside India, kindly contact us before making the order.

We work as quick as possible to get your package shipped out to you! However, with a high volume of orders we do take about 1-2 business days to pack up and ship out your order.

Shipping times depends on your pin code within India. Based on your location the order will arrive in approximately 2-10 business days.

Our packages arrive within 2-10 business days, we offer an expedited shipping to selected pincodes only. We work to get your packages to you as quickly as possible!

All our shipments are dispatched from Thrissur, Kerala, India.

If you have purchased an item within 7 days of a sale, we would be happy to offer you a price adjustment during the sale period. The reimbursement will be applied back onto your original form of payment. Price adjustments are not valid for discontinued items. Price Adjustments exclude purchases made with Store Credit or Refer a Friend Credit.

Your Rs 50.00 credit will be automatically applied to your account. Just make sure you are signed in and you will be able to view your credit amount.

To use your credit, simply click on the link “store credit” and you will be able to copy and paste your code. Make sure you use this code only when you are ready to checkout!

Simply just return to your “store credit” tab and click the link “recover my discount” and your credit will be reinstated on your account!

Yes. You are not allowed to refer yourself or apply discount codes sent to a friend on your own orders. The customer you are referring must also be a new customer to Nuttery Foods for your credit to apply. We reserve the right to cancel store credit should we detect any suspicious or fraudulent activity associated with your account.

Yes, you must commit to six month orders through your subscription. However, you are able to pause your subscription, and add or remove items, at any time. If you require any assistance, please reach out to our team directly at hello@nuttery.co

No, there is no fee to join. However, there is a two-shipment minimum; you must commit to at least six month scheduled deliveries before you can cancel your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you are able to cancel your subscription after your first two scheduled shipments. If you would like to cancel your subscription before two scheduled shipments, please email our Customer Experience team at hello@nuttery.co

Yes. You are able to pause your subscription, and add or remove any items, at any time. If you require any assistance to do so, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at hello@nuttery.co

Any items purchased through Experience Club are eligible for return to the store in unopened condition only.

Orders ships free. Customers from outside India have to contact us before ordering.

Yes. All peanut butters are part of Experience Club.

No. Discount codes, credits, and referral codes are not eligible for subscription orders. If you would like to use a code on a one-time purchase, you can create a separate order.

You will be charged for each scheduled shipment two to three days before your shipment. You will be unable to cancel your shipment once it has been charged and processed.

The Experience Club is only available for residents of India.
